Resources
Quality of life is a top priority for Alberta’s Continuing Care system. A crucial element in enhancing the quality of life and care for residents is the active involvement and partnership with family caregivers, who play a vital role in our healthcare system and communities.

The University of Alberta’s Caregiver-Centered Care Initiative has recently received grant funding from Alberta Health to facilitate and evaluate the implementation of Caregiver-Centered Care Education in 10 Continuing Care Homes (A & B) and Home and Community Care settings across Alberta.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring Caregiver-Centered Care staff education to your facility. To participate, please submit a completed application by July 31, 2024. For additional details, please see the attached/linked RFP.
