The Alberta Caregiver-Centered Navigation Network (ACNN) is officially live. Launched by the Caregiver-Centered Care initiative, this vital provincial hub is designed to transform how navigation support to family caregivers is delivered. We bring together health, social, and community care sectors so that caregivers no longer have to navigate a complex system alone. Click here to see a breakdown of our membership.
The ACNN is proudly supported by the Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services and anchored within the University of Alberta’s Department of Family Medicine.
The network acts as a collective provincial voice to prioritize navigation needs, reduce cross- sector redundancy, and drive systemic change. ACNN is committed to ensuring navigation solutions are practical, accessible, and inclusive for all Alberta's family caregivers —including those in urban, rural, remote, and Indigenous communities.
